Bios Europe Ltd was established on 1 June 2003 following a Management Buyout of Triangle Biomedical Sciences UK Ltd, bringing the company back into the control of its original owners. Prior to the acquisition in 2003, the management of the company have been involved in the servicing of the UK Pathology Markets for over 25 years, offering a broad range of Stains, Reagents, Fixatives, Solvents and consumables.
