Disposable guillotine needle for biopsy on soft tissues. Supplied with ergonomic handle, the internal mandrel with cave thought for the atraumatic and precise sampling of the frustule. The cannula has a bioptic point, it is centimetered and complete with internal echo marker and sliding stopper to help the operator to determine the depth of introduction. The cannula has been ultra-sounds washed and perfectly trimmed through the electrolytic way. The needle has a depth limiter that allows biopsies on lesions that need penetrations inferior to 2cm depths.
It is possible to extract the mandrel to discharge the frustule while the cannula is positioned and then use it as introducer to aspirate or inject liquids.

Use modalities

·         Remove the protection

·         Regulate the sliding stopper to the desired depth

·         When necessary, insert the depth limiter in the cavity

Common practice

·         Introduce the closed pointed needle into the organ

·         Keep the cannula still and let the mandrel advance 

·         Keep the mandrel still and advance quickly the cannula to cut the tissue sample

 Alternative practice

·         Introduce the needle closed into the organ to be sampled (minimum 2cm)

·         Keep the manrdrel still and withdraw the cannula

·         Push quickly the cannula forward always keeping the mandrel still.
